My style is collaborative and nonjudgmental—I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I integrate elements of EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches, along with other evidence-based practices, to help clients gain insight and move toward healing.

I consider it a deep privilege to do this work and to witness the strength and growth of those I support.

I have a passion for working alongside clients to find the solutions that will help them to reach their fullest potential. I believe each person has the answers within themselves, but it can help to start that journey with someone.

Therapists don't have the answers, but, with gentleness and unconditional acceptance we can assist you in discovering what you need to meet your personal goals. I gravitate toward Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as a guiding modality, focusing on building awareness of the emotional experiences that clients have and how those experiences impact day to day functioning. I also hold a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, and utilize the principles of behavior to assist neurodivergent children and adults.

I am currently accepting new patients virtually.
